There are so many activites, both on the ranch and nearby, that it's hard to know where to start.....just some of what you can choose from includes, riding, golf, skeet & trap shooting, nature hikes and bird watching, local jeep tours, shopping, a historic western museum, hot-air ballon rides, mountain biking, swimming, and cookouts (whew!).  And there's evening entertainment as well.  You'll want to stay 2  weeks just so you can try everything once!  And yes, gals, there's a women-only program for all the ladies who'd like to enjoy themselves without the men folks around.
The best children's programs we've seen!  Younger guests are particularly welcome at Los Caballeros and they offer an entire children’s program for guests 5 to 12 years of age at no charge.  The Caballeros Kid’s Program has been around for 55 years and generations of families have come through the program. It makes for a perfect family vacation. It allows parents to have some adult time: golfing, riding or just relaxing, while the children enjoy activities geared specifically for their age group.  Counselors meet the children beginning at 8 AM for breakfast. After a hearty meal the group heads to the corral.  Children 8 years of age and over enjoy a daily trail ride (there is a charge for horseback riding).  Younger guests, eight years and under, enjoy a ring ride in the corral where basic horsemanship skills are covered.  Then it's off to swimming, tennis clinics, hiking, scavenger hunts or crafts until it is time for lunch. After lunch the children are returned to their families.  From 2pm — 6pm it's family time at the Ranch.  Enjoy a family horseback ride, or jeep tour, mountain biking, trap & skeet shooting or just a dip in the pool.  The counselors meet the kids again at 6pm for dinner.  The evening is filled with games or a marshmallow roast around a campfire, or maybe line dancing.  Adult family members can then enjoy a relaxing dinner in our Dining Room.  The program ends at 9pm nightly just in time to tuck everyone in bed for a good night of rest!   In addition, Rancho de los Caballeros can arrange for babysitting services for kids that are too young for their program - be sure to make arrangements in advance of your trip.

Their seasoned wranglers will show you some of the best riding in Arizona.  Trails cross 20,000 acres of rolling hillsides and flowering desert.  All levels of ability are welcome at the corrals, where they offer scenic, intermediate and advanced rides.  Their wranglers are well versed in the flora and fauna of the Sonoran Desert.  Regularly scheduled rides depart twice daily, (except Sundays) with special cookout rides, all day rides and family rides available.  During the holidays and from March through April you can compete against neighboring ranches in our guest rodeos.  In addition, Team penning is their newest craze. This event is mostly for the adults, but if some of the kids are 10 years old or more and have been on loping rides, they are more than welcome to sign up.
Handcrafted furniture, fabrics and artifacts lend an artisan's touch to every room.  From the original Ranch rooms that capture the flavor of the southwest, to the spacious Maricopa suites, each casita features a private patio that lets you appreciate the tranquility of the outdoors.   For extra flexibility, many of our casitas can be connected by an additional bedroom or living room.   The Sunset and Hermosa rooms and Maricopa Suites have fireplaces, refridgerators, and spa tubs.  The Bradshaw Mountain rooms have fireplaces and an extra-large living room with kitchenette, a Kiva fireplace and full bath can connect with one or two bedrooms for the perfect family casita for an additional $136.00 per night.

There is also a pool on the property.
Three meals a day of inspired southwestern cuisine will keep you energized, or experience a cookout you'll never forget!  It's off to South Yucca Flats where their Cookout Cowboy, Ray Callaway, will be strummin' his guitar and singing your favorite songs by the fire all evening long.  Nothing tastes better than a large steak or moist chicken cooked over an open mesquite fire.
On-site weddings at this beautiful ranch are available with a minimum booking of 20 rooms for a 2-night stay.  Options include an indoor reception (in the golf clubhouse) or an outdoor reception, which can be a desert cookout if you choose.   The staff at the ranch will help you arrange all the details, including local vendors for flowers and entertainment, and will work with you to design the perfect menu  (there is an extra per-person fee of $29 and up, depending upon the menu chosen, for guests who are attending your wedding & reception but not staying at the ranch).
Special Notes:
Rates do not include local sales tax of 7% sales tax and 15% gratuity charge in lieu of tipping.  Weekday rates subject to availability.
