Flying E is a small, friendly dude/cattle ranch, located in the beautiful Hassayampa Valley with 20,000 acres of scenic beauty looking south to the famed Vulture Peak, renowned for the discovery of gold by Henry Wickenburg in 1863. OVERVIEW:
Flying E has been the home of its owner, Vi Wellik, since 1960.  Their horses are reliable, trailwise, and individually selected by competent wranglers for both the experienced and the novice.  Rides with wranglers are twice daily and once on Sundays.  If you need riding instructions, ask a real cowboy, he'll be glad to help!  In addition to horses, one may enjoy tennis, heated pool with hot spa, sauna-exercise rooms.
CHILDREN:
Although this ranch welcomes children, and has very reasonable children's rates when occupying the same room as parents, the evening cocktail hour in the Saloon is Adults only.  Also, it's important to note that there is NO bar on-site, however, you are encouraged to "bring your own bottle", and they furnish ice and mixes as well as snacks for the cocktail hour.
